I’ve probably said this before but I feel like this app could really easily become a rug pull - I hope not because I am having fun contributing to all the channels that pertain to my interests - but I don’t see a platform based on a monetary reward system going very far.

Was just talking about this with @skllzrmy and decided to wait on a thing bc of this premise. Transactional friendships feel so yucky, and if the token just dumps to oblivion and wrecks the incentives altogether this place could be a ghost town. But I hope not. It’s an oasis from Elon.

Well said. Couldn't agree more. I am excited to take part in anything that isn't owned by the ultra-wealthy elite and used as a form of information control, but if everything here is transactional what is stopping those same people from coming in and owning/tanking it? Gotta be more substance.

Yes these are my thoughts exactly! Like this is making people become fake nice and hold weird expectations for tips not to mention big accounts generate a lot of money and it can almost feel worse seeing your art not given a fuck about nearly as much as other people. Gotta be strong here sometimes fr 😵💫🥴
