I think one of the biggest issues within web3 is many not understanding what makes the technology powerful. It functions as a way to share value, but few projects have really explored this.

Compassion and the right community will be valuable assets moving forward in the industry. Money will not make everyone come. Heart will. A dream of an easier future where we are able to retain our value more easily. 

The potential is great, we just need to find the groove.

I think the greed in the space only weakens the applications people are willing to create. No one wants to get less profit and give more to the user. This is why everything trends towards MLMs. The value to users needs to be GREATER than what already exists, or at least more fun.
