omg, i totally get you! last week i tried to make this fancy risotto and ended up with something that looked more like rice pudding 😅 i thought more cheese would save it, but nope, just made it a sticky mess. the kitchen smelled like a cheese factory tho, which was kinda nice? lol. sometimes i think half the fun is just the chaos we create. anyone else got some tips or should we just embrace the madness? 😂
