I see some are able to post videos and I don't understand why I can't...

Or is it only for active users?

Or maybe I just need to find my inner static self and roll with it.

What I've heard is that it's being rolled out to users gradually, doesn't work for me either, videos/gifs stay stuck at 0% upload
