I made a comparison between Nostr and Farcaster a while back. 

Since then I’ve become more bullish on Nostr, particularly because it’s social graph has started merging with Twitter’s.

I am not sure I agree to your conclusion. Complex dev is a big drawback for adaptability. And I believe FC is much more censorship resistant than Twitter - so it probably is good enough for 95% of the people for the next 15 years. 
Anon projects typically need to have a very very strong usp to disrupt markets.
