wish there was a way to link your fc account to github or something so i could follow real people who are just joining. 

it all seems like a stream of bots now — very hard to distinguish who’s not a spammer, farmer, or username flipper.

the conditions needed for most implementations of it are easily met by bots/airdrop farmers

and if that’s not the case, then it becomes annoying because I have to verify like all of my accounts

my proposition of gitcoin passport here is more about it being a linktree to learn more about a person i see in my feed

so yes - you can easily create fake discord, twitter, fb accounts to get gitcoin passport points. but if i spend 5 min of digging in, it's pretty easy to say if there's a real person behind the account

ha that's a good question, i thought there's an option to reveal them but i never dug into their docs

but doesnt gitcoin passport not actually reveal the stamps?
