Damn I'm also taking quite a lot of supplements but this seems too much. Also if you take stronger stuff there's a lot of interdependencies between different substances that have not been deeply researched, so it might be pretty risky longterm

I have a longevity dashboard in a git repo where I track everything I am taking, including interactions. And I am using drugs.com to check the safety of taking multiple molecules at the same time. Never had any medical issue for >2 years since I started this regimen. Quite the opposite - my health has improved.

And how can you check interactions between 10+ substances? Just by introspection? I'm asking since it's very hard to objectively measure these even for heavily researched drugs, let alone supplements that are little regulated and researched. BTW my friend does same as you and he's doing well but it can be risky imo

>80% of the pills I am taking are natural compounds, many of which are found in food. So it is like asking "how can you check interactions between many types of food"? You just eat, and see what works. It's low-risk. Regarding meds - there are tools that can automatically cross-check things for you, see drugs.com
