No, I didn't get that impression with London. And I don't mean it in a bad way, I'm just saying that I felt that vibe especially in the area around the John Paul II Avenue - a big road, traffic, skyscrapers, lots of big corporation names/brands everywhere. I know not all of Warsaw is like that, but the central part is.
