i think we haven't seen anyone facing such severe kiwi problems before and i understand that you don't want to invest more time.

- have been going back & forth w Tim for days (maybe a week or more) trying to fix 
- at the expense of sounding rude, I have neither the time nor inclination to spend multiple periods of troubleshooting time :/ sry
