Coinbase seems to support SPL tokens it but doesn't actually have any way for me to transfer in USDC-SPL 

I'd like to avoid binance.

can you convert them on uniswap to usdc or eth?

I don't think so. I've got USDC on the Solana network. Need to bridge it to Eth somehow.

FTX was cool that way. It didn't discriminate between stable coins and cash. So as long as I transferred stuff in (regardless of network) I could cash it out.
