Question for Dogcasters:
Has your long haired dog ever gotten embarrassed or acted weird after a summer cut grooming? Our rescue pup just got her second ever grooming. Afterwards every few steps she would try to sit or lay down to “hide” her body. I grew up with short hair dogs and this wasn’t a thing for them.

I've heard of this. A friend dealt wit this with their doggo. Apparently they can feel embarrassed	when laughed at after a grooming session.

Definitely. We did a summer cut to make it easier while we are at the beach, so it was a big change for her.
