I also looked at the rates in the database. One example: CA plumbing company petitioning for an H1B visa. Payrate: $26,000/Yr WTF?! I actually feel bad for these people.

It's tough. People want a free market without government involvement, then demand government involvement. Lol. Those companies are clearly looking to get a deal on employees, and it might be unethical, even if it is legal. But this is one tiny problem in a world full of em. Not sure if it's really worth any time as it seems fairly inconsequential to me. Surely legislators could make this better, in the meantime, I would side with "the open market will manage this"
