Do I just add of: tags alongside the fc: tags? Is it that easy?

Yep - Open Frames is based on the Farcaster spec. so they are pretty similar! 

Then, depending on the app & protocol (ie messaging apps in XMTP) you would need to make payloads compatible too. 

But the bounty is focused on metatags!
