How do I know frame transactions are safe? There's no such thing as 100% safe, but we do a few things to help keep you safe. 1. Domain allowlist — developers register a domain with Warpcast before we'll enable transaction support without significant warnings. 2. User-friendly transaction simulation — see below

How can you be certain that the domain does not get compromised? Are you doing any sort of content addressing / code verification like https://github.com/facebookincubator/meta-code-verify?
