100% this is the defense argument but it also implies that once a bad decision is made it can be stopped or reversed. i.e. the bad guy only needs to launch the bombs once, the good guy has to stop every bomb launch attempt.. or that a bad guy only needs to drain the ai dao once while the ai dao has to prevent every draining attack hopefully that much reach for an ai is not a near future?
