the location is just checkin (or online), but the prospective time is scheduled in advance (e.g. "I'm thinking of eating dish X"  [restaurant] [schedule in UTC]). just something I think would help farcasters improve at re-engaging the network w/ substantive context.

So time would be based on the casters time?

So if it's morning here and they cast they're eating dinner is shows their time is i.e. 1700 (5PM)?
