there should be so much more discussion around leveraging multisigs and peer pressure to properly contain distribution events.

imagine an 8-12 week schedule for a "quorumdrop". the only eligible recipients are addresses of multisigs that are at least 3/5s. the amount received is no more than 5% total supply, and flat.

at that point, there's a week-by-week, multisig vs multisig contest over opt-in checklists. has this multisig designated this operator? is this multisig primed for random, permissionless calls? what's the engagement on the group social account? are they making any other tokens more/less fluid?

by those points, each signatory within is opting into week-by-week provenance & driving FOMO to get txns signed, so they don't get diluted out of community drop. each multisig is compiling more intent & unique lore ahead of the more hyped drop. 

the token simply cannot rotate to unconditional irrationality.

otherwise, we're going to see agent-only airdrops, and it's going to be brutal.
