was just walking around soho and had the most bizarre thought: i preferred this city ā€” nyc ā€” to the internet as in, somehow, at some point, iā€™d internalized the sense that i was mostly living in a mostly digital world. and i found myself daydreaming about moving back home.

interesting, how did you wait to express this thought later, on the internet? and when you say moving back home, is it like a "upstate with a starlink" scenario?

1 - I'm assuming, consider the substance of the thought and the context of the cast, that you see the internet as second-class, so IRL in NYC somehow cascaded down to farcaster. I'm just curious as to why. 2 - ?

no the point above was just that id internalized the sense i was actually living online (strange, unprecedented for ppl), and then that experience had degraded for me
