Harris can't afford to concede unless NH breaks rapidly, imho, and even then, it'd wait on the blue wall in CST. then again, some ballots might be forced back to slower counting methods, so it's solidly Nov 6+ also, some might suggest that electoral loss is ideological deathground and automatically disputable as a last measure, to which Marc Elias is already retained. and on the other side, DJT. I'd be surprised if it's called by December.
