SEC has just requested to adjust the lawsuit against Binance, asking the Court NOT to have to determine whether the tokens in the lawsuit are securities or not.
In a positive direction, SEC MAY no longer attempt to prove that tokens like BNB, SOL, ADA, MATIC, FIL, ATOM, SAND, MANA, ALGO, AXS, etc. in the lawsuit are securities.
