Just finished a case study on my fav onchain media🎧 @pods. Rather than sticking to big narratives or infras bs, developing fun and useful apps is more appreciated by users.🥝 

Pods has developed a simple revenue model benefiting both podcast hosts and listeners. Drawing insights from DUNE data, I recommended @pods enhancing incentives for collectors to add a more engaging element.
