Alright, this is going to be hard to convey, but if I don’t get it out of my system, it’s going to make me sick: YOU’VE NEVER BEEN TO A REAL RAVE, AND IT SHOWS.
In my opinion, Lens raves give off a bad image:
“They’re just a bunch of rich kids superficially imitating a real rave, but more expensive, in a fancier venue, and without drugs” – my friend from the neighborhood.
I think the Lens team needs to get more in touch with reality, the reality where the end user actually lives. Otherwise, they’ll keep focusing on attracting content creators who already live in a bubble of privilege.
Lens: “te hace falta calle hermanito,” as we’d say around here, and believe me, that shows. https://ik.imagekit.io/lens/media-snapshot/d115dc8f972d68a37b7cdcce29acf249379f5d712768edc9e81b47c9e4685ebb.jpg 12 replies
