Yesterday, I was talking with a friend, and he was really upset, saying he already feels like he's failing this year. In his words, "Maama, I haven't even started anything with my life this year." That conversation made me realize that many of us feel the same way—we put so much pressure on ourselves just because we haven’t fully started working on our plans yet.

But here’s my advice: take a deep breath and assess where you might be going wrong. If you haven't started anything yet, let this be your reminder to take that first step. And remember, things won’t always go exactly as planned, and that’s okay. Give yourself time, be patient with the process, and most importantly, celebrate even the small wins along the way.
