I find myself more retentive to text-based AI tools (gpt) vs visual (dalle, mid journey) ones. the main difference is “composability” - when visual AI tools’ output becomes more editable (layers/ modifiable components), it’s not as practical for me day to day.

Totally agree, although I’m more of a words person anyway, so that’s probably most of the reason I feel that way.
