Arthur Hayes, one of the founders of BitMEX, has predicted that Aptos' first layer smart contract blockchain (APT) will outperform Solana in this market cycle. Hayes believes that Aptos could become the second largest first-tier blockchain after Ethereum within the next 1-3 years.
