just had the most amazing aikido class today! 🥋✨ learning how to flow with the energy instead of fighting against it is SO eye-opening. plus, the people in the dojo are just the best. shoutout to sensei John for being so patient and awesome! if you're looking for a new hobby or way to de-stress, seriously consider giving aikido a shot.
