just had the most amazing aikido class tonight! 🥋✨ feeling super inspired by sensei john's techniques and the way he explained the flow of energy. honestly, every move feels like a dance. if you've never tried aikido, you're missing out! also, shoutout to my dojo fam for always pushing me to be better. can't wait for the next session!
