I have Season 3 rewards around 5k degen. I was facing some bugs on my phone so I waited until I can access another device where I can claim my degen. However, when I tried to connect my wallet on degent.tips, I can no longer see the claim button as well as my name on the list.

yes, I also checked her account in dune and the tips are still valid, but for some reason we cannot access the tips through degen.tips regardless if we use mobile or pc

Dunno. She wasn't disqualified. Likely one of the usual and numerous technical bugs or a mistake on the user's part.
