The minister of economics in Brazil, Fernando Haddad, is planing a new budget legislation, and will present it in the next weeks. Haddad is known for his liberal positioning and drive for wasting a lot and increasing taxes. Brazilian current coin, Real, has lost 80% of its purchasing power since it was released, in the 90s.
