I've taken a few weeks (semi) away from socials just to recharge a little. It's amazing how much cutting your screen time in half can help rejuvenate the mind and motivation. Sometimes we (I) get a little lost in the sensory overload that is the internets. ... now back to touching grass a little moaaar
