Bybit provided an update, revealing that approximately $1.4 billion in hacked funds—around 500,000 ETH—are involved. Of these, 68.57% remain traceable, 27.59% have gone dark, and 3.84% have been frozen. They noted that the DPRK-linked hackers primarily use Wasabi as a mixer. After laundering BTC through Wasabi, some of the funds flowed into CryptoMixer, Tornado Cash, and Railgun, followed by multiple cross-chain swaps using Thorchain, eXch, Lombard, LiFi, Stargate, and SunSwap, before ultimately reaching OTC or P2P fiat exchanges. 0 reply
