🟠#BTC Rumors circulated that Strategy filed an 8-K form with the SEC on April 7, warning it might have to sell its Bitcoin holdings to repay debts if Bitcoin’s price continues to decline. However, this statement is part of a standard risk disclosure and has also appeared in the company’s 10-Q report for Q1 2024 as well as in filings from 2023 and earlier. It is not a unique or new development.
