tip only with the tips you receive and you have a choice to cash them out at the end of the season or roll over to be able to spread the love. 

if you roll over you begin with 15% more tips than last season. but also if you cash out theyre worth 30% less than normal value. 

also make it so the only person tippable at the beginning is me.
