I enjoyed season 1 more than season 2, but I wouldn’t say it’s the most stupid show. It’s got some serious merits, even if it’s cheesy at times (but what sci-fi isn’t?). Hard to nail the scale of such wacky ideas. The drama is “galactic”, spanning centuries (genetic dynasty?). I dig it.

What makes any creative product interesting (thereby serious) are its constraints and whether it adheres to its own rules Especially stories Suspension of disbelief is a tough sell when you just keep making stuff up
