Working on my rehab to get back in the water! My knee was swollen over the last week due to excessive usage - I think it was from several wipeouts over the surf season 🤷🏾♂️

My physiotherapist says I can go back in the water tomorrow - hoping to get some good barrels after 10 days out of the water. Stoked to be a surfer amongst the Nounish Athletes - I hope I can chase some barrels like this one
