Second day in a row at Komeda Cafe for lunch. Today I got a “tsukimi burger” 
That orange sauce is interesting, probably a mix of ketchup, mayo, Tabasco and radish.

Tsuki in Japanese is Moon and they always correlate to eggs. Don’t ask me why fried egg and moon are related please 😂😂

That’s interesting, I didn’t know about Thousand Island. I’m sure there was radish but I don’t know if it was into the sauce or not. They serve it with fries or cabbage salad. I got the salad.

Looks great. The sauce is close to thousand Island but I'm intrigued by the radish addition there, I'm going to have to try to duplicate this.  Did they serve fries with the burger?
