Good morning degens Did you know that if you eat the Ramen starting from Pork youโll not get fat? I didnโt know and Iโm not so sure tbh ๐ but they say so then, now you know. Also, in some shops you can choose the noodles katasa (consistency) and the fat in the soup. My usual combo is: Katai (al dente) Futsuu (normal fat) Btw ramen is not an healthy food so if you really donโt want to eat too much fat you must avoid to drink the soup. Itโs difficult I know, but the soup is where most of the fat resides. Enjoy your daily Ramen ๐

However, most of the cost is in the soup (noodles are cheap), so if you are conscious of oil, you have to make the ultimate choice: either throw away the expensive soup.๐ 10 $degen
