So what gives me a good mood ? Well I do not exercise, I eat kind of ok and it’s difficult to find a good picture of me …. Really kind… to be honest I chose this picture I don’t mind showing a bad picture.. and most of the one I have I don’t smile 😅 I am actually overweight according to the uk healthcare system 🤣
