This is “Pastina” We Italians eat this when we feel we need to eat something light after some days of exaggeration 😅 Even if Italian cuisine is very famous all around the world I think we’re pretty weird people 😅 when we don’t feel too good and our stomach is not ready for fat food we eat this that is basically: Pasta + butter + Parmigiano Cheese Not exactly light 😂😂😂

I was in Tuscany region few weeks ago. We had the best food and coffee and ice cream we’ve ever had! You Italians are geniuses! (Is that even a word) Anyway, it was amazing! 🤩
