Something I recently realized I was doing without being aware of it: Watching my phone or being on my computer while eating food when I’m alone I don’t want to do this anymore

I’m always alone at lunch. And I always watch my phone while eating, I don’t know if I want to quit, sometimes is funny but sometimes I lost appetite 😅
