Three weeks ago I thought it would be a cool idea have healthy life habits so I quit alcohol, not even a lil glass of wine, nothing.
During that time I have been sick, had some kind of horrible flu and I have never fell so weak. Today I had to make an effort opf getting off the bed...
What's going on? I love whiskey, drinks and wine but thought this way I would be healthier...
Am I wrong?
