Def too early to say that given that Arbitrum's imminent upgrade aka Stylus will enable devs to deploy in rust, c, c++ alongside solidity More traditional devs -> More apps and use cases -> More users -> More on Arbitrum You will also be able to build ZK apps on arbitrum with additional cost savings lol
