Sapir is a Rust lib for writing circuits & generating proofs on the client-side. It’s field agnostic so e.g ECDSA sig verification is extremely fast.

field agnosticism remains underrated

means that the lift for us to prove solana sigs (eddsa) from focusing on proving eth (ecdsa) was pretty small!

just interested in onchain identity wherever it is! eth(+rollups) still the biggest source, but have a lot of respect for what's going on in sol rn too

I'm curious about what is the state of verifying Spartan proofs on-chain? Mathematically feasible? Solidity Verifier implementation? Gas cost?
