I don't use `/dev` anymore for local testing because frog doesn't emulate warpcast client w.r.t timeouts (i.e. b/c of db access)

instead I use https://warpcast.com/~/developers/frames with ngrok (for ingress to localhost)

I wonder if there's a way to do this in frog
