some takeaways: near-term momentum based entirely on speculative vision is dangerous and unsustainable for startups. short-term wins paired with speculative bets seems like the right blend we need to be honest as an industry about what's 'art' and what's 'tech' learning conviction<>flexibility tradeoff is a neverending journey for founders onwards!
