crazy difficult as in crazy expensive, crazy energy intensive

dada movement was significant and while low level is still in the air informing something of the swiss cultural ambience at least in zürich 
what counts for you as an avant-garde movement ? these are by definition non commercial and underground. are there some national or more widespread ones you can name elsewhere ?

how do you measure diversity ? 
some regions have less of course but as a whole country i’d say the statement doesn’t hold
