Saanich mourns the loss of former Premier of British Columbia John Horgan. Mr. Horgan served as BC's 36th Premier from 2017 to 2022 and as Ambassador of Canada to Germany since December 2023. The flags at Saanich Municipal Hall will be at half-mast to mark his passing.
