i watch a lot of stuff on popular science (space, physics), sometimes try to read the more in-depth things :) but still my understanding is limited as i don't understand the "math" language behind the events, so my interpretation of them is kinda general
also a lot of things slip my memory later, so i feel it should be a constant applied knowledge, not just reading theory

Theory is a good place to start, actually. Applications would easily come to you. Or at least, that's my theory 😁
