You may have to try hard to build this practice at first, but eventually it becomes effortless as you experience the inherent enjoyment in doing something well. A quiet satisfaction offered freely by the task itself.

Idk why it happened, but I took this approach as a kid. However, it took me a looong time to also disclose enjoyment there. It often would be just “try hard; suffer along the way”. 50 $degen

I dunno why/how it happened for myself either. There is something in the process of pressing through discomfort that changes us, builds a new muscle. Similar to sitting in the discomfort of boredom long enough for our imagination to daydream us into new places of thinking. Yet few will sit in the discomfort long enough
