lovejoy'd go to the gym 3 years ago, and the coach'd give a choice: — instagram chick way — strength and suffering way this is how i ended up in gaining strength and then started weightlifting.. this is one of the first videos i was trying deadlift and i'm laughing at it now. didn't go far though, up to 70 kg deadlift and then dropped a gym for a number of reasons. had to dig up this video as i'm still thinking if i should get back. didn't particularly enjoy the gym, but it was a fast way to gain discipline, health and 'em muscles.

I heard that deadlift is a full-body exercise, so it's a really good exercise to build physical strength. But I barely weighed 60kg. You did a good job if you weighed up to 70kg.

thank you! i'm thinking of starting strength trainings with just my own weight — doesn't cost anything and can be done at home.. but for me this requires a little more discipline
